Für ihre Kleinen hat Wesna unendlich viele Ideen, aus den zauberhafte Stoffe und schöne Sachen werden.<br /><br />Du bist deutsch-kroatische Textil- und Mode-Designerin und warst lange in den USA. Mehr Multi-Kulti geht fast nicht. Übertragen sich deine verschiedenen kulturellen Facetten in deine Designs oder deine Arbeitsmethode?<br /><br /><span style="font-weight:bold;">Absolut! Ich habe einen Teil meiner Kindheit in Kroatien verbracht, auf dem Bauernhof meiner Eltern, daher die Hühner, das Folkloristisch-Slawische. Die sehr bunten und blumigen Ideen stammen eher aus der Zeit, als ich in Texas an der Grenze zu Mexiko lebte. Wir fuhren oft über die Grenze in eine zauberhaft schrille und kitschige Welt. Was machst du mit deinen Stöffchen? Was sind deine Pläne?<br /><br /><span style="font-weight:bold;">Ich bin gerade dabei meine Existenzgründung voranzutreiben, besuche Coachings, schreibe am Businessplan, muss meine Ideen filtern, Prototypen nähen etc. Als erstes starte ich mit einer Kinderkollektion, die aus eigenen Stoffideen von mir genäht wird.
